AVX ??

I'm guessing that the 2 components marked AVX 103 and AVX 849 are tantalum
capacitors that are shorted! The caps are small green blobs with axial
leads and less than 1/4" long. Both read about 0.4 ohms on the PCB and I'd
like to know their values. They're on a 1989 mfg date Wavetek 188-S-1257
signal generator with very low B+.
