Automatically load of subcircuits?

Hello,

I have made a library with some cells that have full description
(layout,schematic,symbol,spectreS views)and depend on some SKILL files
and a subcircuit xxxxxxx.s Can i use it to an other pc just by copy
the library to the destination directory?

I also use the .cdsinit_local to load the skill files when Cadence
starts. But when i have to make a schematic circuit i must include a
subcircuit netlist file xxxxxxx.s at the model path. Could i also make
this automatically like the load of the skill files ( .cdsinit_local)?
