Hi,

When I write a calculator expression using any device OP information, and later change the instance name in schematic is it possible to automatically update the corresponding calculator expression too?

No. It would be hard because you'd have to know everywhere that
something was referenced, and at the time you change the schematic you
may not have that visibility (it could be changed by somebody other than
the person who has the ADE state or ADE XL view say.
