What good does a partial E-mail address do?


There is no 'LIST MANAGER' This is USENET. It has no manager, or
moderator, it is up to the regulars on any newsgroup to control what is
or isn't allowed on that newsgroup. What is allowable on this newsgroup
was decided when news:sci.electronics was broken into multiple
newsgroups.
