I would like to get some sockets for the Astec AA15A series DC to DC
Converters. I have no idea what the socket would be called, or how to
specify it.

Physical characteristics shown here:

http://www.atlantis.com.ua/pdf/power/dcdc/aa15a.pdf

Thanks

Digikey calls the things you want "pin receptacles", and has some made
by Mil-Max. For .040" diameter pins, you want DigiKey ED5024-ND or
ED5023-ND.

Thanks. I have been looking for this for a long time, didn't know how
to get started.
