Assura LVS crash : glibc error

Hello Experts,

Assura lvs crashes on fedora4 with the following error:

*** glibc detected *** /cadence/ic5033/tools/dfII/bin/icfb.exe:
corrupted double-linked list: 0x00375a8c ***
---------------------------

Version of linux:
$uname -a
Linux 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp #1 SMP Thu Jun 2 23:08:39 EDT 2005 i686 i686
i386 GNU/Linux
$ rpm -q glibc
glibc-2.3.5-10

Has any one seen this error before? Do I need to install any patches ?

As always, cadence will ask you to run your:

<INSTALL_DIR>/bin/checkSysConf <REL>

You need to figure out your <INSTALL_DIR>. Then running

<INSTALL_DIR>/bin/checkSysConf -r

will show you what <REL> you can run.

The report should list any requred patched (and patched that need to be
removed!!)
