ASSURA - dummy problem

Hi folks,
I have a problem in Assura with the filtering of the dummy-devices.
I use
filterOptions( "dn" "XZ")
this works fine - now the problem
when I use
filterOptions( "nbth4" "XZ")
no device nbth4 was filtered.
(nbth4 is a 4 terminal transtistor device)
what is wrong?

regards Stefan

P.S.
I use cadence 5.1.41 USR.2, assura 3.1.4 , system Linux SUSE 10.0

Assura doesn't know the 4th terminal the bulk or substrate
for filtering and building parallel or series transistors,
maybe that's where you're tumbled over.

If your transistor device no mater if it is a MOS or BJT
has connected G/D/S or B/E/C together it will be filter out of
the netlist.

That's why I recommend to draw dummy devices also in the schematic.

Stefan,

That's why Real Men always put their dummy devices on the schematic!
:)
(Makes sure they're not forgotten, also...)
