Hello All,

Is there any skill function or API to access the information from the
LVS binary database of Assura ? Basically, we would like to have a
skill code which reports the parameters(W/L) of the device provided by
the user.

We add dummies while doing analog layout for matched transistors which
are not present in the schematic at the start. We add them first in
layout and later request the designer to add the dummy devices with
the sizes and nets connected to the device provided in a email.
Currently it is manual and we need few interations to add the right
size of dummies.

Hence the script is required to have no iteration.

I don't think so.

You may want to use an extracted view for cross-probing. Basically, open the extracted view and when
the user clicks somewhere in the layout, search at the same position in the extracted view for a
device. When using ivpcells, the size and position of the extracted device instances match the
recognition layer.
