Anyone know what this component is?

Hi,
I'm trying to make myself an aux out for my Pioneer headunit, using
their IP-Bus connector. The cable is really simple (although to buy
one costs a fortune) and the RCA/Photo's elements are obvious.

However, it appears that there is a componenent in between the data
bus ground and data bus positive cables. Its the silver square with a
whole in it in the center of the top picture.

It'd be a big help if anyone could identify what this is,
Cheers,
Graham

It isn't a circuit element since both its terminals are soldered to the
one
trace but it would appear to be either a metal reinforced hole or possibly
a captive nut. Speaking of which, when did you get out? 8Ź)

Sorry - I'll get me coat...

Cheers lads for the help. Looks like my Pioneer unit just doesn't want
to cooperate being used through auxiliary and as it was free, its now
living in the bin :]
