Hi People, does anyone have an old or secondhand
multichannel analyser they want to part with?. Doesn't have
to be working.

What sort of analyser?

Logic analyser?
Dynamic Signal analyser?
etc

Hi David: a nuclear multichannel analyser
typically made by a company named Canberra. All it
is, is a device for displaying a histogram on a screen
made up of the counted pulse heights off a scintillator
detector.

E.G. at 10 bit resolution there is 1024 "Bins" one for
each measured pulse height. You run the device for a
period of time, after which it plots a graph
"Histogram?" of the occurrence of different pulse heights.

Most of these things are now a plug in PC card and software.
I'm hoping someone has a retired unit gathering dust out
there.
