Anyone know of any FPGA that can support a few hundred logic elements?
Need to find somthing that is not too expensive.

Depends on what software you are used to using.

Which ones have you used before ?

Main options are

altera
actel
xilinx

for a few hundred gates you would be looking at a cpld.

for 10's of thousands an fpga.

Depends what you want to do.

Depends on what software you are used to using.

Which ones have you used before ?

Depends what you want to do.
Try Atmel and Lattice Semiconductor as well, and there are probably
others in the low end few hundred gate market.
