I notice offers on the web, eBay and in newsgroups for OrCAD
Unison Suite version 10.x software at prices of $30-$100. This seems
too low to be true. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks,
Steve

It's very high for pirated software, and certainly far too low to be
original software.

Consider the legal costs and penalties if someone turns you in for
running pirated software, as the dollar amount for the "theft" can
easily be well over the threshold for a felony, especially if you have
additional non-authorized copies of music or video in the house/office
when they get a warrant to sieze all the computers at your home and
business.

All it might take to trigger that would be a kiddie porn/warez server
on one of your machines operated by script kiddies.

You probably would not buy a stolen car or even a stolen hubcap so why
be tempted by those offers. FYI there is a free Cadstar Express
version downloadable from Cadstarworld.com
