Hi all...

I've seen this meters advertised on several industrial magazines. I was
looking for info on them but all I've found is from the different vendors.
Not very detailed info. I don't just what to know that it is Faraday's
principle. I was wondering if there is more detail info on the subject. How
they drive the coils, the pick ups and later data conversion. Are they
mostly analog or digital, etc. A book on the subject would be really nice.

Thanks

Try Liptak for a few pages of solid general information, and I think
you'll probably have to go to manufacturer's data, patents and
research papers to get more into it (there are probably books aimed at
users of flowmeters, but I'd guess not designers of same). For
example, there are many ways of driving the coils.

Ah, here's an old one:

THE THEORY OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW MEASUREMENT, by J.A. Shercliff.
Cambridge University Press 1962.
