AND'ing shapes

Hi,

Is there a way of AND'ing two (or multiple) shapes WITHOUT creating a
new shape on a new layer (i.e. is there a way of just returning the
list of points that make up the intersection of the shapes)? dbLayerAnd
does this but you must feed it a layer name for it to go create new
objects on, which I don't want. geomAnd that is part of the Diva does
exactly what I would like, but it is only for use in Diva - it'd be
great if there was an equivalent generic skill function, but I haven't
been able to find it yet if it does exist.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

No. There isn't.
