analogLib problem

I am having difficulty to run cadence at my school. Mainly, t
Cadence sourcing has been changed to newer version IC5141 and MMSIM62.
I changed the sourcing too but then, my analogLib components had acted
weirdly.

That is a cap is open at all frequencies, and indcutor seems to be
short at all frequencies(even though I put a series resitance wiht
it). I am not sure what to do. I wonder if someone knows what to do
thanks a lot

Hi !

Did you check your Spectre Netlist ? Just to ensure about what you're
simulating : The testbench, stimuli, inputs, models, ...etc.
You can view your neltist from ADE -> simulation -> netlist ->
recreate and then Display. According to what you're describing, your
simulations sticks at DC all the time. Can you please cross-check your
netlist and you simulation log for any eventual warning/error on your
AC analysis.

The netlist is ok, there is neither warning nor an error. I have added
cadence.csh file to fix. THis but the problem became different. That
is I am rying ot run cadence remotly. That is I cna use eiother VNC or
XWIN. It wokrs iwth XWIN now but does not work with VNC.
Any idea how to sole this problem.
