AnalogLib or TSMC Mutual Inductance Instance

Hello Cadence gurus,

I am trying to simulate a pair of interconnects using either analogLib or
TSMC 0.18 um instances.

I do have the following parameters for the lines: substrate capacitance,
mutual (coupling) capacitance, resistance, self-inductance and mutual
(coupling) inductance. I do not know how to model the mutual inductance.
I am using the analogLib instance "mind" which requires the
coupled-inductors and a coupling coefficient to be specified. For
self-inductance I am using inductors L1 & L2. So, what I do with the
"mind" instance is to say that those inductors are coupled and give a
value, say 200pH, as a coupling coefficient. No matter what I enter for
that coefficient though, it doesn't make any difference. Simulation
results are the same whether I use the "mind" instance or not.

How do you simulate mutual inductance for two adjacent lines?
