Hi all,

I've googled the night away tring to find a mosfet class A power amp around
50watts, all I can find are simple 10watters mostely using transistors. I
saw a site a long time ago with many class A designs though no idea what is
was now :(

Thanks,
chris

50W Class-A seems a terrible waste. Why not Class-B or Class-AB?

I dont like class B anymore cant stand them TBH, and I already got a 40watt
AB amp ;-) plus I have some nice big heatsinks just crying out for a class
A application ;-)

Take a look at several designs at
http://www.epanorama.net/links/audiocircuits.html#amp. You may find
something interesting there.

It's like Nike shoes: you're not with the "In Crowd" unless you have a pair.

Never mind that it makes a good room heater, and power waster. He
probably doesn't have to pay the electric bills anyway.

Probably has higher distortion, too ;-)
