Amiga 2000 power supply

Hi,
My Amiga 2000 power supply is dead. Only some clicking could be heard
and fan was trying to start. I took it to service, but they couldn't
repair completely. Now the fan does start, but they say that voltages
are "crazy", instead of 5v there is 12v, etc. Do you know what might
be wrong?
Is there any schematics of this power supply?
BTW, Amiga 2000 is B2000-CR

Did they test it under load? If this was a service shop then you should find
a new shop, that supply shouldn't be all that hard to repair.
