Aluminium extrusion with card guides for enclosures ?

Is anyone aware of a source of aluminium extrusion suitable for using as an
enclosure?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of the extrusion used in some
industrial instrumentation panel meters, rectangular about 100mm wide x 50mm
tall with internal slots built into which the PCB slides. As far as I can
see Capral and Comalco don't have anything useful.

TIA

AFAIRI At one stage Jaycar/Electus was flogging various boxen for
similar purposes.

Thanks Terry, I'm looking for the extrusion itself so we can make enclosures
to custom lengths.

Have a look at Farnell Heat Sink Cases

http://www.linearbearings.com.au carries Item Aluminium profile
http://www.item-international.com/en/ Item has a large aluminium extrusion
intended for electronics, comes in large lengths.

Hammond Manufacturing has similar extrusion, but pre-cut. the 1445 and
1445zt series, though somewhat smaller in cross section then the Item range.

Mark Hathaway

Here are a couple I use, made by Kabelduct, a division of Ullrich
Aluminium Co. There are lots of other profiles.
http://homepages.kcbbs.gen.nz/moby/aliext.jpg
The bigger one is 120x63mm with the lid on
The smaller is 90x57mm with lid
Obviously you can anodise them whatever colours you like.
Oddly, the channels come in 5 metre lengths, the lids in 3 m lengths.
Kabelduct supply plastic endcaps for some types, ali for others.
They chomp them up to costomer needs or sell full lengths.
Ullrich have branches all over Australasia.
