Does anyone where I can buy the altera max 7000s series cplds and maybe
a prototyping board for it too.

Braemac are the Australian agents. www.braemac.com this information can be
found on the Altera web page.

You can buy the parts and ICP cables directly from Altera. It is difficult
to find them on the web. They are at www.altera.com so it's no surprise
that couldn't locate them. This development/prototyping board
http://www.al-williams.com/abx84.htm was found by typing the words "Max7000
Prototyping Board" (I know, who would ever have thought of those particular
search terms) into Google, a web search engine, which can be found at
www.google.com
