AL value of inductors

hi

I have some old cores with AL of core value 85 and according to
manufacturer specs:

inductance (L) = AL * N squared

(N) = # of turns

to build a coil lets say 680uH inductance what is the number of turns
using above eq.

thanks

N = sqrt ( L / A_L )

Note that A_L is usually in nH/turn^2, so for 680uH
we have N = sqrt ( 680000nH / 85nH/t^2) = 89.4 turns.

Thanks,
