ADE refuses expression for transient stop

Hi All,

I have a 14bit frequency divider for which I compared pss and
transient performance and results. The input frequency is defined by the
variable Fin. In analog artist, I entered for transient stop time
2.5/Fin/2**14 and this got refused, while it can perfectly be accepted
by spectre.
Does anyone know a fix for ADE or a workaround so that both schematcis
and analyses can use design variable (short of working directly with
netlist+ocean, which is what I did in the end. I mean a workaround in ADE.)

?

No easy way around this that I can think of. You would have to
disable the check in the callback that looks for a numeric stop time.
Did you open a SR to have Cadence resolve design variables in the stop
time specification?
