Hi,
I have a schematic with a set of mosfets(various lengths from min to max) diode connected with a fixed current.
Here the goal is to find the width (finger width and no. of fingers) for all these mosfets for a condition to achieve vgs-vt=100mV.
What are the suitable settings for optimising this schematic using local/global optimisation.
obviously all the widths need not change in every iteration to fix vgs-vt for a given transistor.(hence looking for a smaller sweep set of design variables from the given sweeps)
