Add a library through cdsinit.

Hi,

How do I add a library through cdsinit(permanently,during startup) i.e., w/o the need for editing the cds.lib everytime when I change my work space.

Use ddCreateLib. If the directory exists already, it will use it - if
not, it will create the directory. More details in the documentation.
