If you're just trying to run an old-style VGA output to a modern (SVGA)
monitor, it might be easiest to just change out the video card. There
are probably people who still stock the DB9 to DB15 adapters, but you'll
have to do some searching, & if your monitor doesn't like the frequency,
they won't do you any good.

I wish it was that simple but it's a ppc and the card pin out is very
hard to find being reversed , looks like pcix , certainly I have
nothing here which fits .

In the days when I repaired monitors for a living I often had to make up my
own leads, its not all that difficult.

<nods> That's what I'd do if it were me. The easiest method might be to
cut one end off a DB15 video cable & solder a DB9 to it.

^^^^ is a HDE15 ^^^ is a DE9

DB is the shell size used for the 25 pin parallel port, and serial port
on some older PCs.

DE is the shell size used for the VGA & 9in pin serial connectors.
