We have added the following products to our PICmicro support list.

* * * * *

PIC ISC programmer - 35 USD

Ideal low cost In System Programmer for most PICmicro devices. Why waste
time building your own programmer when this low cost unit does it for you?
Because mine only took an evening to build after modifying another
design, cost next to nothing, a little while longer to figure out
which programmer to set the existing software for, snd a few
minutes to add terminators to the || port input. If I don't like
it, I can't bitch. I just fix it.
Features
--------

* Powered by the target application 5v supply
Assuming it can handle it.

* Connects to LPT (printer) port on PC
I hear they're going out of style.

* Programming algorithms are Microchip compliant
* MCLR pin is software controllable
There's a package where it isn't? You mean it returns to VCC after
the flash and reset?

* Large device support list

Contents
--------

* CAPR-PI programmer
That's where I stole my ICSP connector pinout.

* ICSP cable
* Software (CD)
* User manual
* includes parallel port cable for ease of use

Device Support
--------------

* PIC16F72 * PIC16F73
* PIC16F74 * PIC16F76

'[AD:] Latest PICmicro products', on Thu, 11 Dec 2003:

This is a *news* group isnt it, we are being informed about a commercial
outlet and warned its commercial by the subject saying 'ad', therefore
you never had to waste your time reading the post since you are so

Brian W should send Andy a bottle of something (no, not a Molotov
cocktail!). Andy re-posted the whole ad twice, AND his flame must have
caused dozens more people to read it.

There is ALMOST no such thing as BAD publicity. Being convicted for
genocide comes close, though.

Damn crossposting cocksucker too, didn't even realise.
I posted this message to 4 newsgroups on two different days 2 newsgroups at
a time, so that any corss posting would be to a minimum. Sorry if it caused
you distress, personally I ignore posts I don't want to read, especially if
the subject has told me that its nothing I want to read.

I have a thick head and lots of thick skin, I have been posting to usenet
for a long time and have been called much worse.

I looked for the forsale newgroup and it doesn't exist on the three news
servers I use, so I guess it may be available only in australia. Unless you
know of a free newsserver that has it I could use.

Oh, and thanks to everyone who backed my post up, there are still some nice
people on Usenet.

BryanW

Aye ?

This is a *news* group isnt it, we are being informed about a commercial
outlet and warned its commercial by the subject saying 'ad', therefore
you never had to waste your time reading the post since you are so
against even one commercial posting and further you didnt have to waste
your time showing us how stupid and rude you are.

If the poster had multiple posts with the same topic it would be SPAM,

but one post advertising the availability of a product in a minority
sales market is useful in an electronics newsgroup.

Also, why make sexual references and abuse a poster for supplying
news about a product offering ?

Besides I couldnt see aus.electronics.forsale in my news group listing,
where do I find it ?

Good to know you have no power to say what should or should
not be in this newsgroup - you dont own it, just showiing yourself
up to be rude, illmannered and somewhat stupid !

Oh, and thanks to everyone who backed my post up, there are still some nice
people on Usenet.

news:misc.industry.electronics.marketplace is the appropriate
