AC127 or equivalent

Anyone have an AC127 or equivalent (I need the Voltage, current and Ge)
lying around? I've ordered some from Bulgaria (NOS Russian stock), but
it's taking forever to get here (if it ever does). Happy to pay whatever
costs are involved.

I just checked and I've got about 10. Three marked "B", others "n4" (in
addition to AC127 and a date code on the Bs). "n4"s look less aged, but
all look unused NOS. "B"s are in wider cans.

I'll look at the datasheet (for my own curiosity mainly) and send you an
Email later, out of time now.

Also got some AC126s.

I had a look in my junk box (and I do mean JUNK). There are a few AC12x,
really showing their age, but no AC127.

Most of what I have are wrong polarity, never mind voltage and current. Of
what is there, closest to AC127 appears to be 2N1302, and that is not so
close really. They are not even NOS, they were scavenged from something, but
leads are not too short. Let me know if you think they are any use.

**Snap! I only require one. Please let me know of what costs are
involved and I will Paypal you, or whatever.

TIA

Email sent.
