Hello everyone,

I have a cmos inverter with pmos (31.5uM/1uM) and nmos (25uM/1uM).


A)WHat is the difference between dynamic and AC power dissipation?

B)How to find the AC Power dissipation for this

1.without load

2.with load of 10 similar inverters.


c)guide me the steps to accomplish it using SPECTRE simulator also.



D)What is the c load variable for the above case in power dissipation formula?
