can any one help me to simulate varactor in cadence
i am designig a vco for 880M to 960Mhz ..
how to choose varactor charactrstics
and how to see the c-v characterstics .....
please help me....

Put a port on the gate of your varactor and run sp simulation, then
using this equation for capacitance calculation:
(imag(yp(1 1 ?result "sp")) / real(yp(1 1 ?result "sp"))).
If you sweep the voltage, you will get the curve you want.
