AACircuit 1.28 beta released

Hi NG,
I've added the suggestions and improvements from this NG to AACircuit.
-size of sketchpad 72*36, 72*49 or 100*49 chars
-move / copy / delete group of symbols
-english helpfile available
-improved the AutoLine (MagLine), the decission matrix is stored in
autoline.ini

(not edited by hand, you can edit (move,rename) the generated *.aac with
AACirucit easily

Now only the unix version is missing..
