A netlist that can work normally in ncverilog5.6, but can't

Hi, guys
I have a problem when use NCverilog to do netlist simulation. My
netlist is generated by Synopsys DC, and it can work when I put the
netlist to NCverilog version 5.6, but can't work when I put all same
files to Ncverilog version 5.1. Can Somebody give me some suggestion?
