Our weather is warming up a little here maybe spring is on the way. I have started going to Zumba classes. Zumba is a bit like
aerobics only faster and they do it to loud AFRICAN MUSIC wITH A REALLY STRONG BEAT. Nothing like the sight of
overweight geriatrics doing the shimmy shimmy shake!!!! Bye for now cheers mumxxxxx
