A Buzzing Satellite Receiver

Hi!

I have an analog satellite receiver model SR-1100.

Lately, it started to have a humming/buzzing noise from the direction of its
power supply. The noise is there when the unit is on. When it is on Standby,
it is bearly heard.
Also, the picture is not stable, I guess because of the 'noise' from the
power supply.

In the power supply, I found one cap which looks like it is going to leak,
so I took it out. What else should I check, that could cause the buzzing
inside the power supply?

Took it out, or replaced it with a new replacement?

This could be the whole problem by itself.

Did you happen to run it off a generator/inverter recently?

Er........you DID replace it with a good one, not just remove it? Of
course you did. Silly question

What voltages does the psu put out? I don't suppose it's anything
particularly special.
