5V regulator for Li-Ion Battery

Does anyone know of self contained 5V regulator for a 2 cell Li-Ion
battery that will also protect the battery from over discharge?
I only need about 50ma for my application.

Many nice 5v regulator packages available but doubtful if you will find one
with desiginated voltage/current cut-off what you require. Probably want to
delve a bit into different devices for each specific request. One specific
to voltage/current regulation and the other specific to cut-off level
detection and implimentation. Cheers

Might be easier to use more cells and look for a buck regulator with
settable UVLO.
