Has anyone used square wave modulation frequencies of up to 50kHz with these
modules or sine wave audio frequencies ?. Thank you .... John

All I'm seeing is "Re: 433.93 etc ...", so ignore comment if not relevent

All depends on the module.
The cheap Tx module I used for my electric gate, starts to badly fall over
beyond 7k bits per sec. (logic level Tx i/ps give better clarity at the Rx
end).

50kHz modulation BW takes sidebands outside system capability
