4000 CMOS, 74LS TTL

Is there a way to simulate circuits using 4000 series CMOS or 74LS
series TTL ? Where can models be found ? Free ones are prefered.

I've been looking for those as well. All I came up so far are these:
http://www.eda.org/fmf/fmf_public_models/std/ for 74xx TTL but I haven't
tried them out, yet. They don't include timing either. It seems that
some major VHDL simulation tools include the models, timing inclusive
but they keep the contents crypted.
