2SZ968B and 2SC2388 wanted!

Hi,
In order to fix up my old (but beloved) power amp, I need two pieces each of
2SA968B and 2SC2388. I tried the Wes Component, RS Component and Fernell,
but had no luck, they stopped stocking them for awhile. Does anyone know
where I can get them? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Electrospec says they have thousands of the 2SC2388s (Fujitsu), but
they don't sell to individuals.

Doing a search of Toshiba America Electronic Components for 2SA968
comes up with nothing. It's supposed to be a Toshiba part.

2SA968 sub NTE 398

2SC2388 sub NTE 163A or
2SC2388A sub NTE 53

for 2SC2388 try a BU326, BU426 , 2SC3083

for 2SA968A try a 2SA1011, 2SA1133, 2SA1332 2SB861
