25" GE tuner?

I have a 25" GE tv model 25gt503. About 3-4 yrs ago i applied the tuner fix
to this set. (i got the kit from GE). Now when the TV is turned on the
bottom of the picture is shrunk up. Is this the tuner problem again? I dont
remember what the problem was last time when i did the fix.

Yes.... more than likely the tuner ground soldering problem..... you can go
