240V heater

I would like to buy a 240V heater I think my dryer is 240V??
Would I be able to plug this heater into my dryer outlet? I live in
California (if that makes a diff)

This is such an obvious troll that it's ludicrous!

On your shaver outlet, strange person, it will say, quite clearly, "Shavers
only". Obey this instruction or you will no longer be able to shave.

Look at the outlet, look at the plug, look at the circuit breaker,
and look at the rating of the heater in amps.
