150MHz RF/IF limiting amplifier?

I need to generate a clock signal from received RF carrier at 150MHz.
The system looks like this:

Antenna --->
SAW filter --->
LNA with gain of 20dB --->
Limiting amp with gain of 60dB --->
PLL --->
150MHz CLK out

Are there any off-the-shelf limiting amplifier with gain of 60 to
80dB? I prefer 3V operation with relatively low current consumption
(~10mA) but can go higher if needed.
