JACKSON, Miss (AP) - Details have been released in the case of a
15-year-old boy beaten and branded with hot metal in Lauderdale County.

Authorities say it happened after an argument with a 12-year-old girl at
a party where teens had been drinking. Five people including the girl
are charged in the case.

Sheriff Bllie Sllie says 46-year-old Denise Randall hosted the party
last weekend.

Sollie says the young girl's boyfriend held the unidentified victim at
gunpoint while he was beaten and branded.

Since it politically incorrect to mention race in the news these
days, we may not know for a while whether the victim was black
or white. We do know that all the perpetrators were white, since
their mug shots are on the web.

Any particular reason you asked?
